Testimony of Mrs. Francine P. shareholder in the Granges-près-Marnand and Dorénaz I projects

Hello, could you briefly introduce yourself?

I have been an independent jeweller since 1982, i.e. 40 years. I repair, transform and create jewellery for a wide range of customers. This has allowed me to meet very different but equally interesting people.

I love my job because it is varied and I am directly in touch with the client. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to see the satisfaction in their eyes after having saved the memory of a missing relative or others.

Why did you decide to invest in the Granges-près-Marnand and Dorénaz I projects?

I fell in love with the building in Granges-près-Marnand because this old renovated building has soul and gives off something.

The other building in Dorénaz is different because it is new but I also like it, anyway what counts for these investments is the return.

How did you hear about SIPA Crowd Immo?

I got to know SIPA Crowd Immo via a phone call in 2016 to introduce me to their business which was marketing airport parking spaces abroad.

What do you think of our concept, that of participatory shareholding?

Participatory shareholding is, in my opinion, a very good alternative for investing, unlike the banking system which puts their interests before ours.

What did you learn from your experience with SIPA Crowd Immo?

I appreciate the closeness and direct contact with the team members. I prefer a director without a tie, as is the case at SIPA Crowd Immo, and who will not try to drown out the fish.

Are you ready to recommend SIPA Crowd Immo to your friends and family?

I have already recommended SIPA Crowd Immo to my son and others.

Many thanks to Mrs. Francine P. for agreeing to answer our questions.
