The yields displayed represent projected annual net yields based on a 5-year investment scenario and include all operating costs. These yields do not factor in any anticipated appreciation in property prices.
Generally, the average estimated value increase for Swiss real estate ranges between 2% and 6% per annum, with some exceptions. In addition, the costs of our properties take into account the amortisation of the mortgage debt (debt repayment) contracted by SIPA Crowd Immo at an annual rate of 1%. Our investors do not take out personal mortgages.
