In order to provide the services it offers, SIPA crowd immo processes the User’s personal data, provided by the User when registering or using the services offered by SIPA crowd immo. The User expressly authorizes SIPA crowd immo to communicate his/her Personal Data, including bank details, such as IBAN and/or account number, to companies of the group to which SIPA crowd immo belongs, to partner companies or to third-party data processing services in Switzerland and abroad in order to enable SIPA crowd immo to perform the services it offers. These service providers process the User’s personal data only at the request of SIPA crowd immo, in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with SIPA crowd immo’s privacy policy, and for the purposes of the Website. These service providers are contractually bound to respect confidentiality.

In the context of the delegation of certain tasks as mentioned above, the User is informed that some jurisdictions do not provide an adequate level of protection in accordance with the DPA. Should the User’s Personal Data be communicated to such companies and the other conditions of the DPA are not met, SIPA crowd immo will seek the User’s consent.

HubSpot is a software solution for managing and performing inbound marketing. The recorded information is stored on HubSpot’s servers. It may be used by us to contact visitors to our website and to determine which services of our company may be of interest to them. We use all information collected only to optimize our marketing.
