HOW WE WORK

icon-one

SIPA Crowd Immo purchases investment properties, taking care of all administrative, legal, and mortgage relations procedures related to their acquisition. The rental management of the buildings is entrusted to a specialised partner.

icon-two

For each operation, we create a limited company.

Our customers become shareholders in the company and, therefore, indirect co-owners of the building.

icon-three

Once a year, we hold a general meeting at the end of which we pay a dividend to our customers.

icon-four

The planned investment duration is approximately 5 years.

However, our clients have the option of selling all or part of their shares at any time.
