Our participative investment project in Bex (Vaud) is fully financed

We are pleased to have fully funded our latest investment opportunity in Bex (Vaud) in just a few weeks.

It is a mixed-use building with a residential majority, of a value of more than 5.4 million francs. It is composed of 17 apartments with balanced typologies as well as 2 shops spread over 5 floors.

Its harmonious features and charm, steeped in history, were built in 1875. Classified as an “object of local interest”, we are proud to contribute to the renovation of this building.

This property is located in the centre of the town of Bex. Its main amenities are easy to access and benefit from an excellent service (highway, SBB, bus…).
