Step 2: Your contact introduces you to our community of investors as a new member.

The process is simple :
- Enter the contact details of the sponsor, i.e. you.
- Fill in the details of the person you are sponsoring.
- Check the box to agree to receive our communications.
- Click on “I SPONSOR”.
Once the transaction has been validated, your personal data will be stored and processed by the SIPA crowd immo team.

How do I qualify for our sponsorship system?
Your sponsoree must meet several conditions :
- Be a new investor in SIPA crowd immo.
- Minimum investment of CHF 49,000.
From the very first investment, the commission is paid to the sponsoree, but is not recurring for future transactions.
Moreover, if the latter is referenced in our database, his or her eligibility cannot be confirmed for our sponsorship offer.
