General Terms and Conditions of the Sponsorship Program1.12.2023.

1 Eligibility:

SIPA Immobilier SA will inform the Business Introducer whether or not the potential investor is already in discussion or in a business relationship with SIPA Immobilier SA. SIPA Immobilier SA remains free to accept or reject an investor and to terminate its relationship with that investor at any time. The Business Introducer may not introduce his or her spouse, children or family members, unless an exception has been approved by the Management of SIPA Immobilier SA.

2. Rewards:

For the purposes of these general terms and conditions (hereinafter the “General Terms and Conditions”), any investor who is first introduced to SIPA Immobilier SA by the Sponsor and who makes an official investment shall be deemed to be an introduced investor (the “Introduced Investor”).

Conversely, an investor who already had a business relationship with SIPA Immobilier SA or who had already been introduced to SIPA Immobilier SA by a third party will not be considered an Introduced Investor.

In return, and in accordance with these general terms and conditions, SIPA Immobilier SA will pay the business introducer a one-off commission of 2% for each introduced investor with a minimum investment amount of CHF 50,000.
The amount of the introductory commission is payable by SIPA Immobilier SA to the sponsor once the introduced investor has actually transferred the funds, the first real estate transaction in which the introduced investor has invested has been completed, and the transaction commission relating to the latter has been transferred to the bank account of SIPA Immobilier SA.

3. Limitations:

• No recurring commissions on the same investor for additional real estate transactions.
• SIPA Immobilier SA remains free to accept or refuse an investor or to terminate the relationship at any time.
• The investor may not introduce his or her spouse, partners, etc., or children.
• SIPA Immobilier SA employees are excluded from the program.
• The sponsoree must be a natural person, unless otherwise approved by SIPA Immobilier SA.
• The sponsor and the sponsored child must be of legal age and capacity. The godchild must not be under guardianship, curatorship or safeguard of justice.
• Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• SIPA Immobilier SA prohibits any modification of the conditions of the offer under penalty of exclusion from its benefits, and reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time by means of an information notice to investors.
• Offer valid until 31.12.2023.
