New investment opportunity in participatory financing

Following the success of our previous investment opportunity, we have just acquired a new investment property with a value of over 9 million francs.

The latter is located in the municipality of Ardon (canton of Valais), close to the main amenities (school, nursery, SBB station, restaurants, and small shops). Ardon, which has about 2600 inhabitants, is equidistant from Sion and Martigny. Access to the highway is via Conthey in about 9 minutes or via Riddes.

Built-in 2022, this residential building The new building consists of 22 apartments on three floors. This property is divided into 4 apartments of 1.5 rooms, 6 apartments of 2.5 rooms, 7 apartments of 3.5 rooms, and 5 apartments of 4.5 rooms.

It also includes 19 outdoor parking spaces and 22 underground parking spaces, offering tenants full mobility. The minimum investment amount is CHF 50’000 and the expected net return for investors is 5.83% per year.

The financing of this building is ensured by a 59% mortgage loan in collaboration with the Banque Caisse d’Epargne Riviera, as well as part of our own funds.
