HOW WE WORK
SIPA crowd immo buys investment properties taking care of all the administrative, legal and mortgage relations procedures relating to their acquisition. The rental management of buildings is entrusted to a specialized partner.
For each operation, we create a limited company
Our customers become shareholders in the company and therefore indirect co-owners of the building.
Once a year, we hold a general meeting at the end of which we pay a dividend to our customers.
The duration of the planned investment is approximately 5 years.
However, our clients have the option of selling all or part of their shares at any time.
